Please arrive by 12:15 PM to find your seat. The ceremony will begin promptly at 1:00 PM.

The ceremony will be held in the beautiful St Peters Church in Firle Village.

Carriages will be from 11:30 PM, bring your dancing shoes!

As a day of celebration and joy, we want to see colour and everyone is comfortable. Please note high heels may be unadvised due to softer ground surfaces at time with grass pathways between locations on the Firle Estate.

Due to venue capacity, we're only able to accommodate guests specifically named on your invitation. If you received a plus one, their name will be listed. Please check your invitation or contact us if you're unsure.

We love your little ones, but we've decided to make this an adults-only celebration to allow all our guests to relax and enjoy the evening. We hope this gives you a wonderful excuse for a night out!

Day guests are invited to the ceremony, reception dinner, and evening celebrations. Evening guests are invited to join us from 8:00 PM onwards for cocktails, dancing, and wonderful evening food! Your invitation will specify which you're invited to.

Yes, there is parking available at Firle Place. However, we encourage guests to arrange designated drivers or use taxi services if you plan to enjoy the bar!

We're arranging shuttle service from The Alfriston South Downs to the venue. Details will be sent with your RSVP confirmation. For other hotels, we recommend booking a taxi or arranging shared transportation with other guests. This is not an uber friendly location, very much 'in the sticks', so please pre book taxi's to avoid being stuck on the day, we will be arranging several taxi's in the evening to be on site.

Please let us know about any dietary requirements, allergies, or preferences when you RSVP. We'll make sure there are delicious options for everyone!

Absolutely! Please enter on the RSVP if you have specific dietary requirements and we will ensure this is accomodated for.

We kindly request an unplugged ceremony - please put away phones and cameras during the ceremony itself so you can be fully present. Our professional photographer will capture all the special moments. Feel free to snap away during the reception!

We'd love for you to share your photos, and we will be creating a QR code to upload photos taken on the day, so we can have the joy of looking back on them.
